Board of Directors
The Johnson County Ambulance District is governed by a publicly elected board of directors. The Ambulance District is divided into six representative sub-districts with one Director elected from each sub-district.
The Board of Directors have all powers enumerated in Section 190.060 of Missouri Revised Statues.
The Board of Director regularly meet at the ambulance district headquarters on the 3rd Thursday of each month unless otherwise scheduled or a special meeting is called. Board meetings are open to the public unless a Closed meeting is necessary to conduct business per Missouri Sunshine Law under Section 610.021.

Board Meeting Dates
The JOHNSON COUNTY AMBULANCE DISTRICT BOARD will conduct a public board meeting at the Johnson County Ambulance District Headquarters located at 263 SE State Route Business 13 Highway, Warrensburg, MO 64093 at 7:00 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month unless the date is changed by the agreement of the board.
